Lemania Indigo creates extraordinary gowns. Her textures sparkle with jewel colors and bright glittering shapes and the prims flow, twist and dance.
Inspired by her love of classic Hollywood movies, Lemania has created a range of glamorous gowns reminiscent of the Golden Age of Hollywood movies.
Lemania explained that “A lot of my inspiration comes with my obsession for classic movies including the costumes and also the set design. I usually began with a texture and it spins out from there. I began building in SL before making clothes and I think this has helped me a lot. I love it when I do a texture and bring it into SL and the texture becomes 3D and you can almost feel it.”
For Lemania the inspiration and sheer unadulterated glamour of her gowns means that she wants her customers to “feel like they are beautiful most of all and that what they are wearing was thoughtfully created and that this creation process crosses over to the wearer. I want them to be able to feel like I feel when I make the designs and wear them myself – joyful.”
